I am passionate in helping young adults and adults experience self trust, compassion, and empowerment to manage thoughts and feelings differently.

I work with presenting concerns such as: adapting to post secondary education, managing anxiety, stress, or grief, peer and relationship related concerns, and family issues. I recognize the importance of being attuned to our body-mind connection and bring this into the therapy space.

My approach is client centred and collaborative. Together creating goals and a treatment plan that fits each unique individual.

How to Get Started:

Step One: Schedule a free 15 minute consultation.

The purpose of this consultation is to ensure we are a good match working together. I will seek to better understand what is bringing you into counselling, your hopes, expectations and goals. You will also have an opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have about my practice, approach, and get to know me a little better.

Step Two: Schedule an intake appointment.

After our consultation, you have the option to schedule a first appointment. During this first appointment, we will go over consent forms, discuss any questions you may have, and set therapeutic goals together. The first appointment will focus on exploration to help clarify your symptoms and needs.

Step Three: Ongoing Therapy

Once we have completed our intake and have set goals, we can decide what frequency of therapy makes sense for you. I typically will recommend meeting weekly or bi-weekly in the beginning of our work together as we are establishing a relationship and learning new skills. Collaboratively, we can then decide to space out appointments when you feel confident in maintaining this work outside of session. I will continuously check in with how you are feeling in our work together, goal progression, and what can be adapted to best suit your needs.
