Grief

Losing something or someone is never an easy experience, and yet, an inevitable one. Grief comes along with a range of emotions that we may not always feel equipped to handle.

What is it?

Grief is an emotional experience after a loss. Some of the common emotions that are experienced are anger, sadness, guilt and anxiety. Grief can come from death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, or even loss of a job, routine, or home.

Grief is not openly discussed, and it can lead to feelings of isolation, uncertainty, or feeling stuck.

How Can Therapy Help?
